Ocoee Crest Indoor Event Space

The indoor event space has a stunning modern aesthetic with beautiful chandeliers and large bay doors that open to breathtaking views! The venue is 9,000 square feet with 6,500 square feet of open floor space. It also has a bridal suite, a bridesmaid’s room, a groom’s suite, a prep kitchen and restrooms for guests.

Wedding Arbor and Amphitheater

The wedding arbor and amphitheater is perfect for any event! This stunning outdoor space offers amphitheater seating, as well as space for traditional chairs. The stage is covered with an open-air arbor that makes an architectural statement against a backdrop of gorgeous views!

The Patio

The patio is the perfect spot for cocktail hour. It offers a wonderful space for your guests to gather outside to enjoy the lovely views, while you finish family and couple photos! This space features cafe lighting and is even perfect for extending your reception outdoors!

Getting Ready at Ocoee Crest

One thing we love about Ocoee Crest is the vast array of getting ready space! They have really thought of everything! One of our favorite aspects of the venue is the seperate room for the bridesmaids to get ready! This really allows the wedding party plenty of room to get ready and allows for ample room for pictures and video!

So, what is included in the Ocoee Crest Wedding Experience?

The Ocoee Crest team shared with us the amazing amenties they offer when booking your wedding! The packages may change, so please contact them for the most up to date information!

  • 12-hour rental of ceremony and reception areas (venue building, outdoor amphitheater with wedding arbor, surrounding outdoor patios for reception, and parking area)
  • Access to prepare for the day in individual Bridal, Bridesmaids’, and Grooms’ Suites, all include sitting area with separate dressing space, as well as private bathroom to use during your rental time
  • 1-hour rehearsal time prior to wedding day (date/time based on availability of venue)
  • Use and set-up of tables and chairs included for up to 200 guests/
  • Access to scenic spaces on property for bridal party photographs (please discuss arrangements and locations desired prior to wedding day)
  • Scheduled 2-hour access for engagement or bridal photographs (utilizing your photographer)
  • 1-hour planning meeting with Ocoee Crest Staff to discuss seating layout and wedding day details
  • Catering food prep area. This area is available for final plating and food service for your guests. No cooking or preparing food on-premise.
  • Ocoee Crest staff member on site for full rental period
  • Access to Ocoee Crest Decor Lending Closet (schedule a tour to see current availability)
  • Use of golf cart with driver at specified times during the day.
  • Paved parking lot for your guests
