As Nashville wedding videographers, we wanted to take some time to explain our wedding process. When choosing a videographer for your dream wedding, you should be aware of their entire process. From the initial inquiry to the delivery of your beautiful wedding film, you are trusting them to capture your big day so you can cherish it for years to come.

At Morgan Film Co., we believe in creating beautiful wedding films that allow you to relive your favorite memories over and over. We don’t just create a wedding video… we are intentional about capturing the beauty and originality of your wedding day.

We wanted to take a moment and break down our entire process, from when you initially express interest in working with us through the final delivery of your handcrafted wedding film.

Get to know you and you know us!

We believe every couple is unique, and every wedding is special! Each couple we work with is a perfect fit for Morgan Film Co. because we capture your vision, making your wedding day shine on film! We not only want to provide an unforgettable experience but a wedding film you will cherish for generations to come.

Save the Date!

As soon as possible, we highly recommend booking with Morgan Film Co. We only book a certain number of weddings per year, so do not hesitate to reach out to us! We book peak season (May, June, October, and November) dates 8-12 months in advance and non-peak season dates 6 months in advance.

Planning Meeting

When you meet with us, we allow time to discuss the details of your wedding day, finalize the timeline, and share the important aspects of your wedding day. This can be an in-person meeting, Facetime or Skype call(s). You can also simply fill out our online questionnaire, and we will contact you. This is our opportunity to learn all about what you want to be captured on your special day. The more we know, the better prepared we are to create the best wedding film possible for you.

It’s your Wedding Day!!

On your wedding day, you should relax and be present with your friends and family; cherish each moment as it happens. We will be by your side throughout your wedding, preserving your favorite memories so that you may re-live it for years to come!

Delivery

After your beautiful wedding, the anticipation to watch and relive your wedding day all over again will have you anxiously awaiting the arrival of your handcrafted wedding film. Your film will be delivered in (approximately) eight to twelve weeks. Throughout the process of editing, you will receive biweekly updates on our progress. We take time to make sure we capture your perfect day and take much care throughout the editing process.
